Job Summary

The Donor Relations Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Hope Cancer Resources’ mission through exceptional donor stewardship, accurate gift processing, and strong operational support for the Development Department. This position ensures donors feel valued and informed while supporting fundraising operations and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and acknowledge donations accurately and in a timely manner

  • Maintain donor records and reporting in the donor CRM system (Bloomerang)

  • Support donor stewardship initiatives and communications

  • Assist with development budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation

  • Support fundraising events, third-party fundraisers, and community engagement

  • Assist with volunteer coordination related to development activities

What You’ll Bring

  • Commitment to the mission and values of Hope Cancer Resources

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent nonprofit experience preferred

  • At least 2 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or development operations

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with donor CRM systems (Bloomerang preferred)

  • Professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Position Details

  • Full-time, non-exempt position

  • Reports to the Vice President of Development & Marketing

  • Occasional evenings and weekends required during events and campaigns

Programs Outreach Manager

Job Summary

The Programs Outreach Manager (POM) is a full-time exempt position responsible for supporting and strengthening Hope Cancer Resources’ patient support services. This role provides leadership to programs staff, oversees key patient assistance programs, and builds strong community partnerships to ensure patients receive timely, compassionate support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise programs staff, including Case Managers and the Programs Administrative Assistant

  • Oversee Care Closet operations, inventory, and community sponsorships

  • Assist with patient navigation and referrals to appropriate resources

  • Coordinate volunteer services and collaborate with internal departments

  • Build and maintain relationships with community and healthcare partners

  • Ensure programs operate in alignment with the mission and values of Hope Cancer Resources

What You’ll Bring

  • Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Hope Cancer Resources

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, public health, case management, or related field

  • Experience in patient navigation, nonprofit programs, or healthcare services

Wellness Specialist

Job Summary

The Wellness Specialist coordinates day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center for Hope and provides high-quality, survivorship-centered care to patients, caregivers, and employees. This role focuses on personalized wellness programming, behavior modification, and administrative support to promote overall health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized fitness training and wellness support to clients

  • Develop individualized workout and wellness plans

  • Coach clients in behavior and lifestyle modifications (stress, sleep, nutrition)

  • Coordinate wellness programming, classes, and contract instructors

  • Track participation, complete data entry, and maintain accurate records

  • Maintain wellness equipment and assist with referrals and scheduling

  • Support wellness education and community outreach efforts

What You’ll Bring

  • Commitment to the mission and values of Hope Cancer Resources

  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Physiologist, or ability to obtain

  • CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

  • Interest in health, wellness, and survivorship care
